Shipping and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Coco and Clover. Following are the terms that constitute our shipping, returns and refunds policies.
Yes and No. We have partners in Australia who ship locally. Products that ship from outside Australia are shipped to select countries Worldwide. Due to COVID restrictions we have had to limit the countries we ship to.
LGND use several freight companies including Auspost and Sendle for packages within Australia. Orders being shipped from outside Australia are delivered with DHL and Auspost.
LGND Athletic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. If the item delivered is not what you ordered or if the item is delivered damaged and/or broken please contact us immediately at email@example.com
Refunds are only made if you do not want a replacement item for your broken or damaged product. If what you received is not what you ordered then we will send the correct item at no extra cost to you.
All our orders have tracking numbers and are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Until the item is processed, your tracking number may not be available.
Tracking numbers generally take 24-72 hours to register on logistics websites.
Please note times vary depending on your location and production volume. LGND Athletic prints all products after payment is made.
Christmas and other holiday seasons can affect shipping times so try and get your orders in early to avoid the rush.
